The Clinical Nurse III plays a critical role in managing and providing high-quality care to patients in the Infectious Disease Med / Surg Unit. In this position, you will assess, coordinate, plan, and implement comprehensive care strategies to ensure positive patient outcomes throughout their care journey, including focus on discharge planning and transitions within the acute care setting.

As a Clinical Nurse III, your responsibilities include delivering and coordinating patient care in collaboration with a dedicated caregiving team, ensuring that all care provided meets the highest standards of competence and compassion. Key Responsibilities :

• Administer medications, start IVs, and perform necessary treatments and special tests as per physician orders.
• Order, interpret, and evaluate diagnostic tests to assess patient conditions accurately.
• Evaluate patient needs and responses to care, utilizing strong nursing judgment in decision-making.
• Provide primary and emergency care for both occupational and non-occupational injuries.
• Collaborate with nursing team to develop and implement individualized Plans of Care for all patients.
• Lead and guide ancillary personnel, while maintaining professional nursing standards.
