Job Description

Summary- Sets up and operates hydraulic bellows machinery to form bellows from tubing. Trains on the bellows sheet metal machines.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Under general supervision, must be able to perform a variety of job duties including, but not limited to:

• Sets up and operates hydraulic bellows forming machinery. Responsible for the clean up of the machine/ area upon completion of job.
• Identifies parts after bellows are formed. Performs minor assembly of parts.
• Train on bellows sheet metal machines.
• Performs rework/ repair and other associated operations relating to the work described above.
• Assists higher classified Bellows Machine Operators as required.
• Assemble and size tubes.
• Clean and Oven Dry parts.
• Trim, vent hole and set live length.
• Follow all Senior policies and procedure.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience:

• High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or 1-6 months of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Information

Annual Target Salary = $47,840.00

Monday - Friday 2nd Shift 3:30pm - 12:00am
