The Role : We are on the lookout for a creative and talented Assistant Pastry Chef who shares our passion for exceptional food quality, customer service, and community involvement. Join our dynamic team and contribute to a unique menu featuring over 40 fresh-baked pastries, pies, cakes, and muffins-all made with authentic, whole ingredients.

What You'll Bring to the Table :

  • A proven track record of culinary excellence, from following recipes to the meticulous attention to detail that creates unparalleled pastries and baked goods.
  • The physical ability to handle large amounts of dough, flour, and other supplies, often weighing over 50 lbs, with the stamina to stand, lift, and mix throughout the day.
  • The adaptability to embrace change and maintain a sharp focus on the baking process.
  • A passion for early mornings, with shifts starting at 4 AM or earlier, ready to welcome the day with your culinary artistry.

    • Qualifications :

  • 1+ years of large-scale baking / pastry experience is preferred, demonstrating your ability to quickly decorate and perfect our delightful pastries.
  • A commitment to upholding all food handler and sanitation standards as per regulatory requirements.
  • Formal baking / pastry education is a plus, but not a requirement-we value skill and passion above all.

  • Must be at least 18 years of age to join our team as an Assistant Pastry Chef.
