A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative II (Adjudication).
Key Responsibilities
Review, input, and adjudicate claims accurately in compliance with program specifications
Research and resolve escalated and complex claim issues in a timely manner
Maintain and document all claimant information and communications in the CRM system
Required Qualifications
2+ years of contact center experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience with electronic data management between various environments
Prior experience with PHI or HIPAA preferred
2+ years of college preferred
