Key Responsibilities
Facilitate collaboration among stakeholders to address complex business challenges through various design methods
Collaborate with business leaders to identify challenges and prioritize impactful human-centered design projects
Design user-facing and administrative interfaces while advocating for a user-centric culture
Required Qualifications
Three years of professional experience in service design, UI design, or user research
Experience leading human-centered design or business analysis activities for government
Must be a United States citizen with the ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as computer science, engineering, or design
Experience creating human-centered design deliverables and using design software like Figma and Mural
