    This role is for the empathetic sales expert, the trusted advisor who excels in the final stages of the decision-making process. You'll engage prospects who are already warm, qualified, and seriously considering Unblinded. Your gift is building deep trust, addressing final concerns, and facilitating confident commitments.     What You'll Do :

    Conduct final-stage consultations and enrollment conversations with prospects pre-qualified by our initial outreach or marketing efforts.

    Reconfirm alignment between prospect needs and Unblinded's programs, addressing any lingering questions or concerns.

    Clearly explain program specifics, investment details, and onboarding processes.

    Utilize Integrity-Based Human Influence principles to guide prospects to a confident "yes" decision.

    Manage the enrollment paperwork and transition clients effectively to our onboarding team.

    Provide feedback to marketing and initial sales teams on prospect quality and common decision factors.

    Continuously refine your consultative closing skills through dedicated training and coaching.

    High emotional intelligence and outstanding communication skills.
