The Role

This position is responsible for the preparation and execution of VCS Block VII / VIII including :

• Serving as the companys Attack Submarine Capacity & Long-range Expansion (SCALE) Program lead.
• Preparing construction and value stream for Block VII / VIII design changes
• Leading program management of the VCS design model cutover

The SCALE effort is currently comprised of six sub-teams :

Main responsibilities include :

Must Have

Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline plus a minimum of 10 years of applicable progressive professional and / or supervisory work experience OR a Masters degree in a relevant discipline and 8 years of relevant work experience.

Nice to Have

Master in Business Administration

Program Management experience at the major program level preferably a submarine or submarine-related program (or equivalent).

Ability to regularly travel with flexibility to do so on short notice; and

Experience leading complex matters to successful conclusion across multiple stakeholders.
