This leading community healthcare provider in southern Vermont features a thriving Orthopaedics & Sports Medicine team with cutting-edge technology. The facility offers brand-new, orthopaedic-dedicated OR suites with MAKO robotic surgical technology and uses Cerner Community Works as its EMR platform.

Opportunity : CPR, BLS, Board Certified, Board Eligible, DEA - Orthopaedic Surgery

This is a full-time position for an Orthopaedic Surgeon with a preferred focus in hand or foot and ankle surgery, joining an established team of 3 Orthopaedic Surgeons and 4 Physician Assistants in a hospital-based outpatient clinic setting.

Job Details :

• Deliver comprehensive orthopaedic care, with a special focus on hand or foot and ankle surgery
• Treat a broad range of musculoskeletal conditions, referring multi-trauma cases to tertiary care
• Utilize advanced MAKO robotic surgical technology
• Average 25+ patients per day
• Participate in a 1 : 4 general ortho call rotation (PA covers first call Monday-Thursday; MD provides backup as needed)

Compensation :

Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included. Additional compensation includes negotiable sign-on bonus and productivity-based bonus model (wRVU).
