CNC Programmer

Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Programmer position include :

• 5+ years of experience in CNC programming and machine setup (milling and lathes)
• Proficiency in Mastercam for multi-axis programming (up to 5 axes with live tooling)
• Experience with Fanuc-controlled HAAS machines highly preferred
• Ability to program and set up CNC machines independently with minimal supervision
• Manage machining processes for various materials including aluminum, copper, brass, and plastics
• Troubleshoot and optimize programs to ensure quality, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency
• Support production schedules by ensuring all machines are set up and programmed accurately
• Conduct quality checks on machined parts to ensure precision and compliance with specifications

Salary : $40.00 - $50.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Benefits : This full-time, permanent, direct-hire position offers great benefits including a $400 monthly stipend, quarterly and year-end bonuses based on company performance, and potential for future profit sharing.
