A company is looking for a Senior Software Engineer, Backend - Java.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with project Tech Lead and Front-End Developers to build high-quality Java applications

Interact with product managers and stakeholders to understand product requirements and provide recommended approaches

Follow coding and unit testing best practices while working in a supportive team environment

Required Qualifications

5+ years of recent experience with modern Java (Java 8+)

Experience with SQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and ORM

Experience with microservices, containers (Docker / Kubernetes), and cloud computing services (GCP, AWS)

Experience with REST API development and writing / running unit tests

Knowledge of systems architecture and design patterns
