Mergers & Acquisitions Attorney: 4th-6th year

The Denver office of our client, a Top I00 AmLaw international firm, is seeking attorneys with 4-6 years of experience with mergers and acquisitions. Ideal candidates will have strong M&A skills, including experience with drafting and negotiating definitive and ancillary documents, managing deal process and client relationships, supervising junior associates, and handling day-to-day demands and work flow requirements on a variety of M&A related matters for clients with sophisticated needs. Candidates should have a strong academic record from a nationally respected law school and an equally impressive undergraduate degree, as well as large law firm experience and excellent references. Strong verbal and written communication skills, including legal research and writing, are also required.
