Commonwealth Medical Services is thrilled to announce an opening for an Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner in Northwest Arkansas. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team in a dedicated ENT clinic, providing comprehensive care to patients with a variety of conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat. In this role, you will conduct assessments, perform procedures, and collaborate closely with ENT specialists to ensure patients receive the best possible treatment. We are looking for a compassionate provider who is committed to patient education and possesses strong clinical skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough evaluations and obtain detailed patient histories regarding ENT-related issues
- Assist in diagnosing and managing various ENT conditions, including sinusitis, hearing loss, and throat disorders
- Perform diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, such as flexible nasopharyngoscopy and ear cleaning
- Work collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare providers to create and implement treatment plans
- Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatments, and preventive care
- Document all clinical encounters accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare standards
- Engage in ongoing learning and participate in clinical discussions and team meetings
Requirements
Current Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner license in ArkansasMaster's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or Advanced Practice NursingExperience in ENT or related fields is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to applyStrong diagnostic and clinical skills, with a focus on patient-centered careExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively connect with patients and team membersAbility to work in a collaborative and multidisciplinary team environmentCommitment to continuing education and professional development in the ENT specialtyBenefits
