General Purpose : The Retail Security Specialist will play a crucial role in providing a visible presence at store entrances and exits to prevent theft and fraud, ensuring a secure environment for both customers and associates. This specialist will engage with customers by making eye contact, smiling, and greeting them courteously, thus deterring theft through a commanding presence in our standard company attire. The role involves monitoring compliance with our Code 50 package inspection policy and walking the sales floor to identify possible theft indicators, partnering closely with store leadership for loss prevention strategies.
