Recruiting Specialist

A company is looking for a Recruiting Specialist to join their dynamic recruiting team.

Key Responsibilities :

Partner with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and execute effective strategies

Create and manage job postings, review applications, and evaluate candidates

Source, screen, and recruit candidates while providing a quality experience throughout the hiring process

Required Qualifications :

3 years of experience as a Recruiter, preferably in the Linguistics Industry

Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and OneDrive

Native or bilingual in English

Experience conducting video interviews and negotiating rates

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
