A company is looking for an Associate Attorney to join their legal team supporting early-stage startups.

Key Responsibilities

Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements and support clients through fundraising events

Advise on employment and HR legal issues while providing practical legal guidance tailored to founders

Maintain template contract libraries and develop scalable workflows for legal processes

Required Qualifications

Licensed U.S. Attorney in good standing

3-6+ years of experience in corporate, commercial, startup, or employment law

Experience working directly with early-stage startups (Seed-Series B)

Strong command of contract drafting, early-stage fundraising, and employment documentation

Interest in legal innovation and workflow automation
