Talent Acquisition Administrator

About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our People & Culture team. This role will provide broad Talent Acquisition and HR administrative support, with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition. The Talent Acquisition Administrator will assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, help maintain HR systems, and provide day-to-day support across People & Culture initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career HR professional with at least 1-2+ years of experience to grow their skills in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a career path geared towards Talent Acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition Support

• Coordinate full-cycle recruitment activities, including job postings, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer letters.
• Maintain accurate applicant tracking system (ATS) records and generate recruitment-related reports.
• Partner with the People & Culture team to deliver excellent manager and candidate experience.
• Assist with the company's Internship Program.
