Pay : $51.00 - $57.50 per hour

What You'll Do

• Lead and supervise day-to-day nursing activities during your shift
• Provide hands-on resident care, assessments, and medication administration
• Coordinate care with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
• Guide and support LPNs and CNAs to ensure safe, consistent, high-quality care
• Monitor resident conditions and respond quickly to changes
• Complete clear, timely clinical documentation and incident reports
• Participate in care planning, discharge planning, and quality improvement efforts
• Maintain a safe, clean, and compliant care environment
