Marketing and sales to include personalized tours which result in new leases (sales aptitude). Provide exceptional customer service to our residents, prospects, and property owners. Treat everyone fair and consistently by following all fair housing laws. Ensuring the propertys interior and exterior areas have clean and high-quality appearance. Coaching mentoring and inspiring team members. Leading by example through our Collective core values of integrity, perseverance, enthusiasm, and collaboration. 1-2 years of property management / sales experience preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office Driver's license & ability to pass a background check Proficiency with industry software (Appfolio preferred) Ability to work independently Project Management Collaboration with others Strategic thinking Problem solving / analysis Business Acumen Communication Proficiency Ethical Conduct Health, dental, and vision insurance with HSA and FSA options Supplementary insurance 401k with a match of 3% Paid time off and 10 paid holidays Paid volunteer hours Professional development opportunities This position requires regular office hours to be maintained.
