Key Responsibilities
Manage routine maintenance scheduling and coordinate preventive maintenance programs
Coordinate with contractors and service providers for repairs, installations, and facility improvements
Provide exceptional communication and customer service support to clients
Required Qualifications
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Corrigo maintenance management system
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Previous experience in facilities management or property maintenance coordination is preferred
