As an Access Control Officer with Allied Universal in a logistics and distribution location, you will monitor entry points, conduct routine patrols, and help to deter security-related incidents while maintaining a strong presence. You will interact with visitors and staff, providing outstanding customer service and communication. What You'll Do :

Monitor and control access to the location, verifying credentials and authorizations for entry and exit.

Assist in implementing site-specific policies and procedures related to access control and security-related matters.

Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting visitors, contractors, and employees as needed.

Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.

Conduct regular and random patrols around the premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.

Document and report any unusual activity, security-related incidents, or violations of policies to the appropriate personnel.

Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuation or lockdown procedures when appropriate.

Minimum Requirements :

X-Ray screening experience is preferred.

Customer service experience is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
