As a Seasonal Team Member, you will provide exceptional service in our cafes and retail markets throughout this holiday season. Please note that this is a seasonal position ending no later than January 31st, 2025.

The Veterans Canteen Service (VCS) located at the Minneapolis, MN , VA Medical Center is seeking Seasonal Retail Associates who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and are committed to serving America’s Heroes.

Duties :

• Assists customers in locating products & provides detailed information to enhance their shopping experience.
• Handles sales transactions efficiently using a cash register, ensuring accuracy & customer satisfaction.
• Restocks merchandise and ensures products are properly labeled for display.
• Maintains a clean & organized store environment, ensuring a pleasant & efficient shopping experience.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements :

Participation in the seasonal influenza vaccination program is required for all Department of Veterans Affairs Health Care Personnel (HCP). Participation in the seasonal influenza program is a condition of employment. It is a requirement that all HCP receive the annual seasonal influenza vaccination or obtain an exemption for medical or religious reasons.
