• Credential Copy (Valid California single subject teaching credential authorizing instruction in Physical Education issued prior to 1/1/2022 or Single Subject Dance; English Language Learner Authorization)

• Letter(s) of Reference (Two (2) Professional Letters of Recommendations, hand signed and dated within the last 12 months. (no electronic signatures). At least one letter must be from current administrator.)

MVUSD does not tolerate retaliation against individuals who report or participate in the investigation of complaints involving discrimination, harassment, or related misconduct.
