Requirements

Position Requirements include, but are not limited to :

• Previous experience in retail and customer service is preferred.
• Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage store operations in the absence of the store manager.
• Effectively handle cleaning and maintenance to ensure a welcoming environment.
• Proficient in completing sales transactions and managing a cash register.
• Capability of receiving and organizing inventory according to company standards.
• Responsible for maintaining store appearance, including stock levels and merchandising.
• Willingness to train and motivate team members to achieve company goals.
• Ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism and composure.
• A flexible schedule, including availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver's license with the ability to drive on a daily basis.

Physical Requirements include :

Ability to stand for extended periods of time and lift items up to 25 lbs.
