Key Responsibilities :

• Able to perform Installation of complete HVAC system.
• Diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Provide expert advice and sell appropriate HVAC solutions to customers.
• Test electrical circuits or components for continuity, using electrical test equipment.
• Repair or replace defective equipment, components, or wiring.
• Educate customers on system operation, maintenance, and energy efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and building codes.
• Maintain accurate records of services performed and sales made.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications :

• Level 3 Technician : 1 - 3+ years of hands-on HVAC experience (sales, installation & service).
• Self-directing team player, goal-oriented with a passion for sales, energetic, positive.
• Proven track record in HVAC sales (preferred).
• EPA Certification Core and Type 2 License along with knowledge of R-410A, R-32 and R-454B
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.
• Excellent communication, customer service skills.
• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to climb ladders, crawl, and lift 40+ pounds.
• Is able to Train others in HVAC Repairs and Service
