Zanda is working with a rapidly growing international AI-driven HealthTech organization based in Boston. The company is seeking a Director of FP&A to support the development of a growing finance function as it scales a cutting-edge product that applies advanced artificial intelligence to accelerate the discovery and development of new patient therapies.
What experiences you will gain
- Lead the full financial planning cycle : annual budget, forecasts, and long‑range strategy, ensuring alignment with business goals and the flexibility to adapt as conditions change.
- Act as a strategic partner to executives and cross‑functional leaders, translating complex financial data into clear, actionable insights that inform high‑impact decisions.
- Build and optimize FP&A processes using advanced analytics, cloud reporting, and AI‑enabled modeling to improve automation, accuracy, and scenario planning.
- Drive financial accountability and strategic execution across programs and initiatives, delivering high‑value financial analysis, dashboards, and presentations that clearly tell the story behind the numbers.

Bring extensive FP&A leadership experience in fast‑moving or high‑growth settings, ideally within biotechnology or advanced technology sectors, supported by strong financial modeling skills and fluency in modern, AI‑enabled planning tools.Demonstrate the ability to influence without direct authority, building alignment and engagement across functions while serving as a strong business partner who can both support and challenge senior leaders.Communicate complex financial insights clearly and effectively to strategic and operational stakeholders, drawing on exceptional written and verbal communication skills and a record of executive‑level reporting.Hold an advanced degree (e.g., MBA) and 10+ years of progressive FP&A experience including team leadership, with a hands‑on, mission‑driven mindset and passion for accelerating innovation and patient impact.Seniority level
