Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Growing Independent Dealership & Service Center

Prestige Motor Works is expanding and looking for a Skilled Automotive Technician—someone above a lube tech level, but not required to be a master tech yet. If you have dealership experience or at least understand the value of working efficiently on flat-rate / book time, you’ll fit right in.

We are a busy and rapidly growing shop handling a mix of customer vehicles and internal reconditioning for our high-quality used inventory. We need someone reliable, motivated, and ready to grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform suspension repairs, brake work, steering components, and other mechanical repairs.
  • Diagnose and repair Check Engine Light and other drivability concerns.
  • Handle moderate-level engine work (gaskets, timing-related repairs, cooling system, etc.).
  • Complete Used Car Inspections thoroughly and accurately.
  • Perform reconditioning work on our for-sale vehicles to ensure retail-ready quality.
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship to protect our reputation in the community.
  • Communicate clearly with service writers and team members.
  • Keep an organized work area and follow all shop safety standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Dealership experience preferred OR a strong understanding of flat-rate / book time efficiency.
  • Solid general mechanical skillset—above lube tech, but not necessarily master certified.
  • Strong diagnostic ability with scan tools and real-world troubleshooting.
  • Ability to work independently and trustworthily.
  • Someone who takes pride in their craft and wants to continue advancing their career.
  • Valid driver’s license.
