A-Line Staffing is now hiring a Pharmacy Technician - Patient Support!

The Pharmacy Technician - Patient Support will be working for a Fortune 500 Company and has career growth potential. See additional details below.

Pharmacy Technician - Patient Support Highlights

  • The pay for this position is $24.45 per hour.
  • Full-Time schedule : Monday–Friday, with one weekday / weekend option available.

9 : 00 AM – 5 : 30 PM EST

9 : 30 AM – 6 : 00 PM EST

10 : 30 AM – 7 : 00 PM EST

11 : 00 AM – 7 : 30 PM EST

11 : 30 AM – 8 : 00 PM EST

Weekday / Weekend Option : Mon–Wed (10 : 30 AM–7 : 00 PM) + Sat / Sun (9 : 00 AM–5 : 30 PM)

  • Onsite position .

    • Candidates may also reside in Amherst, NY; New Hyde Park, NY; Woodridge, IL; Houston, TX; or Scottsdale, AZ.

  • This position is a contract role with potential for permanent hire based on attendance, performance, and business needs.

    • Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls and provide first-call resolution for patient and provider inquiries.
  • Coordinate prescription deliveries and process copayments accurately.
  • Communicate effectively with physician offices, patients, and internal departments.
  • Triage calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Maintain accuracy and professionalism while handling sensitive patient information in compliance with HIPAA standards.

    • Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED (verifiable).
  • Active state Pharmacy Technician license or registration with the Board of Pharmacy (required).
  • PTCB certification preferred.
  • Prior pharmacy or healthcare call center experience a plus.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in a high-volume environment.
  • Commitment to mandatory attendance during the first 90 days of employment.
