ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in June 2020, and today I lead a passionate team of five. Before launching my own office, I worked at State Farm Corporate as a New Agent Specialist, where I had the opportunity to coach and support new agents as they built their businesses. That experience gave me a strong foundation for building a successful agency one rooted in relationships, service, and community.

Insurance runs deep in my family Im a proud third-generation State Farm agent continuing a family legacy that started with my father. In fact, our office is located in my familys very first home, which makes what we do here even more meaningful. Im also a proud wife and mom of three kids, and family values shape everything about how we operate. Even our four-legged family members are part of the fun Dog Fridays are a team favorite when everyone brings their pups to the office.

Community involvement is at the heart of our mission. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Janna Bidlack - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
• Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
• Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
• Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
• Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
