[job_card.job_description]Supervise care and treatments, conduct patient assessments, customize care plans, and address patient inquiries to ensure exceptional care. Build meaningful connections with patients and their families to understand their unique needs and support their recovery journey. Collaborate with various departments to provide coordinated care and offer direct patient support as necessary. Act as a resource for fellow staff, assisting with complex patient needs and inquiries. Celebrate and acknowledge the milestones achieved by our patients. Current RN licensure as required by state regulations. CPR certification (ACLS preferred). CRRN certification is advantageous. Preferred one year of experience in a rehabilitation hospital setting.
