Utilization of new anesthesia equipment, including Digital Mindray Anesthesia Machines, Syringe Pumps, GlideScopes, and computerized EPIC charting. Flexible scheduling with opportunities for 8 / 10 / 12-hour shifts; Shreveport has a 24-hour shift available. Competitive Starting Salary for experienced CRNAs; New Grads welcomed; opportunities for additional earnings. Guarantee of 40 hours / week pay. Premium Pay rate of $200 / hour for any hours over 40 in a work week. Shift Differentials Pay for Evenings, Nights, and Weekends. Holidays at 1.5x pay rate. CHRISTUS Health is currently seeking a Full-Time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join the Anesthesia Departments at our facilities in Louisiana and Texas :
- CHRISTUS Highland Medical Center Shreveport LA
- CHRISTUS Good Shepherd Medical Center Longview TX
- CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital Jacksonville TX
- CHRISTUS St. Michael Hospital Texarkana TX
- CHRISTUS Mother Frances Hospital Tyler TX
These departments emphasize a cohesive and collaborative approach, providing a diverse case mix, excluding hearts or transplants. The Jacksonville facility is an Independent model. These opportunities are hospital-employed W-2 at Level 2-4 trauma centers.
