Impactful Work : Contribute to a mission-driven organization dedicated to improving patient outcomes across multiple medical-surgical units. Education : High school diploma or equivalent Licensure : Current New York State CNA certification; BLS certification Experience : Minimum 1 year patient care experience; Level 1 trauma experience preferred Technical Skills : Proficiency in vital signs, patient hygiene, and activities of daily living Soft Skills : Strong communication and teamwork skills; adaptable to different unit environments Provide direct patient care across multiple medical-surgical units Assist with activities of daily living and patient mobility Obtain and document vital signs and patient information Support nursing staff with procedures and treatments Maintain clean and safe patient environments Transport patients and equipment as needed
