Talent Ambassador

Staffmark is hiring a Talent Ambassador to support one of our valued clients in Joliet, IL. In this role, you’ll serve as a working lead—supporting the Staffmark Shift Supervisor with pre-shift check-ins, onboarding assistance, and general floor support. When not performing Talent Ambassador duties, you’ll work alongside the production team as a packer in a fast-paced packaging environment.

Shift : 3rd Shift — Sunday through Thursday, 10 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM

Responsibilities :

• Work collaboratively on the production line to meet daily goals.
• Conduct employee check-ins and grant entry to associates.
• Create and distribute ID badges.
• Assist with new hire orientations and first-day guidance.
• Support the supervisor with daily tasks and floor presence.
• Perform quality checks to ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).
• Communicate production goals and updates to team members and leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor or Manager.
