Billing Specialist

A company is looking for a Billing Specialist to manage and execute billing processes for Property & Casualty insurance agency accounts.

Key Responsibilities

Generate and process invoices for agency-billed P&C policies

Serve as the primary contact for agency billing inquiries and assist with understanding centralized billing processes

Identify opportunities to streamline billing workflows and participate in system upgrades and testing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

2+ years in insurance billing, accounting, or related financial operations; P&C insurance experience preferred

Proficiency in billing / accounting systems and Microsoft Excel

Ability to work in a fast-paced, centralized environment with multiple stakeholders

Experience in customer service and team collaboration

Adaptability to change and analytical thinking skills
