Key Responsibilities
Monitor and analyze team performance, providing feedback and coaching
Lead team meetings and one-on-ones to clarify expectations and support development
Report trends and insights to senior leadership, identifying opportunities for improvement
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a contact center, customer service, or sales environment
At least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership role preferred
Experience with performance management practices
Technically confident with tools like Tableau, Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Google Suite
Willingness to work weekends and early morning or evening schedules as needed
