Provides guidance and clinical support to team members in assigned functional area, which may include but not limited to, ensuring team is meeting key-deliverables and quality standards, addressing and resolving challenges, managing and tracking performance, and assisting in time management and scheduling; escalates issues to senior leaders as needed.Ensures compliance and best practices with clinical operations, direct patient care, and patient education. Responsible for the administration and application of all clinical nursing functions, procedures and protocols.Manages patient care effectively and timely by working collaboratively and maintaining active communication with members of the primary care team.Utilizes standards, guidelines, policies, procedures and clinical pathways for delivery of care.Minimum Qualifications :
Education : BSN from an accredited school of Nursing or Technical Diploma in Practical NursingLicensure : RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse or LPN licensed,Experience : 1 year of nursing or related healthcare experienceCertification : BLS from the American Heart Association.Preferred Qualifications :
Experience with Occupational Health, including Worker's Compensation, OSHA, Vaccination programsPrevious Leadership ExperienceTraining and Education Experience
