Key Responsibilities
Collect, analyze, and interpret complex recruiting datasets to provide insights on various metrics
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor recruiting performance and goals
Translate data into actionable recommendations for Talent Acquisition leadership
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics)
5+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in human resources or recruitment
Advanced SQL skills and proficiency in Excel, including macros and pivot tables
Experience with data visualization tools, such as Power BI
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HRIS data
