Client Success Manager

A company is looking for a Client Success Manager for the Northeast region.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage customer relationships, delivering customer-centric solutions

Manage upsells of new product lines and renewals of current clients

Deliver regular reporting on plan performance and service results to customers

Required Qualifications

3-5 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or relationship management

Proven track record with mid-sized employers in healthcare benefits

Strong project management and business acumen

Ability to work under pressure and prioritize responsibilities

Must reside in the Northeast region of the US
