This highly motivated, customer-centric individual, as part of the Sales & Customer Experience Team, will be a champion for the customer journey by providing training, coordinating events, and enhancing engagement initiatives. This role has a direct impact on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience through creative programs, events, and personalized communications. This position reports to the Sr. Manager of Sales and Customer Engagement. This role is hybrid, based in Fort Worth, Texas with occasional travel to regional and national events.

Primary Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Serve as a champion for customers by designing and delivering training programs for residential and commercial customers, dealers, and sales representatives.
• Coordinate and support the logistics of regional and national trade shows, training sessions, and customer events.
• Develop and implement customer experience initiatives, such as welcome packets, gift programs, and personalized communication strategies.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support to ensure a consistent, customer-first experience across all touchpoints.
• Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvement in engagement and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of customer training, events, and engagement activities.
• Assume responsibility for other projects and duties as assigned by the Director of Sales or Company management.
• Demonstrate and promote Watts Values : Integrity, Accountability, Continuous Improvement, and Transparency.
• Travel Requirements : ~1520% for trade shows, training events, and regional meetings.

Working Conditions

While performing the job duties, you will be working on-site at a manufacturing facility and will perform the majority of your duties in an office environment. You may, at times, be required to be present on the manufacturing floor and will be required to wear the appropriate personal protective equipment. You will be required to work in the office at the Fort Worth, TX location. Your scheduled work hours will be communicated to you by your manager.
