Shift Coordinator 1 1st Shift

1st Shift :  6 : 00 AM to 2 : 00 PM

Starting Pay : $17.50 - $19.00 / hr

• Provide instruction and guidance to employees and audit work processes and products to confirm production specifications are met
• Maintain positive and effective relationships with employees. Direct employees to the appropriate manager regarding policy questions
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations quality standard policies and procedures. Report any problems potential problems hazardous situations to management
• Inspect products and / or shipments to verify conformance to specifications
• Review and approve production samples and / or shipments as necessary
• Assist management with implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives
• Maintain records; compile standard reports file tabulate and perform routine clerical tasks
• When necessary attend production meetings and / or confer with other departments to coordinate production activities
• Coordinate or perform training for new employees contract workers and / or guests to ensure safety quality and production requirements are understood

Additional Information :

The pay range for this role at the noted location is $17.50 to $19.00 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon but not limited to : education skills experience proficiency performance shift and addition to base salary depending on the role the total compensation package may also include   overtime shift differential .
