The Role : We are looking for a Director of Product to lead and drive platform initiatives for product organization, rest of the company, and external partners. This role reports directly to our CTO, who is responsible for all of product development functions, including product, design, data, and engineering. This role owns platforms used by every product experience team and other functional teams in NimbleRx, as well as external partners. Platform plays a critical role in setting pace and quality of all teams here at NimbleRx. You will work closely with leaders from different functions, including data, design, engineering, marketing, business development, operations, and customer success.

This is a hybrid, 3 days per week, role in our Redwood City HQ.

What You Will Do

• Be a leader and a driver for our platform strategy and execution.
• Be a visionary for product infrastructure; build the lego blocks that everyone else will use to build their products.
• Be responsible and accountable for customer discovery, product strategy and execution, and successful outcomes.
• Operate as a hands-on combat leader : call your customers, analyze your data, clarify your intent, set your goals, plan your execution, and be responsible for your outcome.
• Lead and coach a very small and nimble team of product managers. Think 3 - 5. If you are looking to manage a team of 10+, this role is not that.

$275,000 - $310,000 a year

This range reflects base compensation only and does not include equity or benefits. Full compensation package will be discussed during the hiring process.
