    • New increased wages + shift differentials!

    Willow Valley Communities wages are determined on an experience based pay scale.

    Wages :

  • $35-$44 / hr based on experience, plus weekend differential rates

    • Responsibilities :

  • Supervises and coordinates personnel delivery of nursing care on assigned shift to ensure quality nursing care
  • Accurately transcribes and carries out physicians' orders.
  • Explains procedures and treatments to Resident to gain cooperation, understanding, and allay apprehension.
  • Administers treatments in accordance with approved nursing techniques.
  • Assists in development and implementation of Resident Care Plan; updates care plan as needed.
  • Prepares equipment and aids Physician during treatment and examination of Resident.
  • Observes Resident, records significant conditions and reactions, and notifies supervisor or Physician of Resident's condition and reaction to drugs, treatments and significant incidents.
  • Responds to life-saving situations based upon nursing standards, policies, procedures and protocol.
  • Inventories and requisitions supplies to ensure quality nursing care.

    • Qualifications :

  • PA Registered Nurse ( RN) License required
  • Rehab experience preferred for Full-Time position

    • Hours :

  • Full-Time (Rehab experience preferred)
  • or Part-Time

    • Schedules available :

  • Full Time : 1st shift, 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm + every other weekend and every other holiday
  • Part Time : 2nd shift, 3 : 00pm-11 : 30pm, every other weekend and every other holiday only
