The Role

Mach Industries is seeking a talented Graphic Designer to craft compelling visual narratives for our next-generation autonomous defense platforms. As a Graphic Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our brand identity and communicating our mission through innovative, high-impact designs across digital, web, print, and motion formats. Your work will bring clarity and excitement to complex technologies, ensuring our brand resonates with stakeholders, partners, and the public in the rapidly evolving defense landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Craft outstanding visuals that captivate, communicate, and amplify our mission.

Collaborate with teams across marketing, engineering, business development, and more to ensure visuals align with key objectives and drive impact.

Create dynamic presentations, infographics, and marketing materials that simplify intricate concepts for diverse audiences.

Generate fast ideation and a diverse approach to design.

Optional) Produce motion graphics, animations, or videos.

Required Qualifications

2-5+ years of experience in graphic design, visual storytelling, and brand identity.

Strong eye for layout, typography, and visual hierarchy.

Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional and original designs across a variety of formats.

Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).

Experience with motion design or video tools (e.g., Premiere Pro, After Effects, Cinema 4D) is a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with motion graphics, animation, or video production.

Comfort working in fast-paced environments with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offers may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and training, critical skills, and business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are included in most offers and are considered part of Mach’s total compensation package.
