A company is looking for a Regional Business Director, Southeast.

Key Responsibilities

Develop field sales plans and lead a regional team of field sales representatives

Allocate regional sales budget and control expenses to meet business objectives

Foster relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and oversee compliance with company policies

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required

8+ years of pharmaceutical sales experience

2+ years of pharmaceutical field sales management experience at a regional level preferred

Significant experience within oncology or rare disease, including product launch(es)

Solid knowledge of retail, hospital, and managed care environments
