Recruiter with State Knowledge

A company is looking for a High Volume Recruiter for a 6-month contract at $32 / hr.

Key Responsibilities

Fill open positions by placing ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making offers

Maintain job requisition and candidate application files, ensuring compliance with regulations

Collaborate with hiring managers and the People team to address recruitment needs and improve processes

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in HR related field preferred

At least 4 years of experience in full cycle recruitment in a high volume role

Knowledge of state-specific recruitment laws and end-to-end talent acquisition processes

Proven experience using an applicant tracking system

Strong integrity and ability to handle sensitive, confidential information
