We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager (B2B) who lives and breathes digital marketing-someone who can jump into HubSpot, build out campaigns, tweak a WordPress page, and craft content that actually gets clicks, opens, and engagement. Candidates must have B2B marketing experience and feel comfortable working as the lone marketer, collaborating with designers, creative director, and sales team.

RESPONSIBILITIES
As our Marketing Manager, you will own and execute our day-to-day marketing efforts, including :
Email & Automation (HubSpot)
- Plan, build, and send email campaigns (newsletters, promotions, nurture sequences, lifecycle campaigns) in HubSpot
- Create and optimize automated workflows and lead-nurture journeys
- Segment lists, A / B test subject lines and creative, and continuously improve open / click-through rates
- Track performance and report on key metrics (deliverability, engagement, conversions)
Content & Website (WordPress)
Manage and update our WordPress website (landing pages, blog posts, basic page edits)Collaborate on and / or write content : blog posts, case studies, landing page copy, website messagingEnsure all content is on-brand, optimized for SEO, and aligned with our campaignsWork with design resources (internal or external) to create visuals that enhance our contentSocial Media & Brand Presence
Own our social media calendar and posting across key platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, etc.)Develop engaging content tailored to each channel : posts, stories, short-form video ideas, etc.Monitor engagement, respond to comments / messages, and keep a pulse on our online communityTrack performance and share insights to refine our social strategyStrategy, Analytics & Collaboration
Help shape and execute marketing campaigns around product launches, events, and promotionsMonitor campaign performance and turn data into actionable insightsCollaborate closely with sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with business goalsBring new ideas to the table-channels to test, campaigns to try, content to createREQUIREMENTS
3-5+ years of digital marketing experienceStrong hands-on experience with HubSpot (email, workflows, lists, reporting)Working knowledge of WordPress, including editing pages, posts, and basic layout / content updatesProven experience running email campaigns, content marketing, and social mediaExcellent writing skills and a sharp eye for messaging, tone, and brand consistencyComfort working with data and metrics (open rates, CTR, conversions, traffic, etc.) to guide decisionsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlinesPositive, collaborative attitude and a willingness to roll up your sleevesBonus Points For
