About the Position

LocumJobsOnline is working with All Medical Personnel to find a qualified Family Practice NP in Des Moines, Iowa, 50325!

Specialties Accepted : Family Nurse Practitioner | Adult Nurse Practitioner l Geriatric Nurse Practitioner | Physician Assistant

Start Date or Shifts Requested : ASAP - Ongoing

Schedule : Monday through Friday 8 am to 6 pm

Job Details

  • Home Health
  • In-home health and wellness assessments for health insurance plans. H&P evaluations. Will review medications / dosages, (will do physical, check blood pressure, finger stick, get urine sample, and will leave fecal kit for patient to mail in).
  • 5 to 8 assessments per day (Assessments last approx.. 45-75 mins, last appointment scheduled @ 6 pm).
  • Ages seen : Geriatrics
  • EMR : Proprietary System. All documentation is done on the iPad.
  • Requirements : MUST HAVE CAQH, NPI #, NP license in state they are working, Unrestricted State license
