Maryland Licensed Broker Relations Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, Broker Relations (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary escalation point for complex broker inquiries and issues

Lead, mentor, and develop a team of broker support representatives

Develop and implement broker service standards and monitor key performance indicators

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in marketing, business, or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience

5 years in sales, relationship management, and / or marketing

1 year of supervisory experience or demonstrated progressive leadership experience

Current Health / Life License in Maryland, Virginia, and District of Columbia

Preferred experience working with insurance brokers or agencies
