Position Description

The project in which the Client wants to optimize the work of one of the teams responsible for creating products for corporate clientsspecifically, sales systems for banking products / corporate banking for banking products.

Qualifications

Experience in designing complex IT systems operating in an integrated environment.

Experience in planning, coordinating, and monitoring the work of teams involved in project implementation.

Knowledge of the full software development cyclefrom requirements analysis to deployment.

Familiarity with design patterns and modeling techniques (UML, BPMN, DMN).

Knowledge of tools : Git, Maven, Enterprise Architect, Postman, Swagger, Confluence, Jira.

Experience in team management, developing team members' competencies, and assessing their work performance.

Ability to inspire and motivate the team.

Creating an environment conducive to knowledge exchange and collaboration between teams.

Additional Information

Location : Remoteonce a month from the office in Warsaw

Employment form : B2B

Rate : up to 146 PLN / hour net + VAT (negotiable depending on experience)
