Shift Supervisor - Grand Prairie

Availability : Must be available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Must be at least 18 years of age.

Hours : This position requires a full-time commitment of at least 40 hours per week, which includes weekends and certain holidays. While we aim to provide scheduling flexibility, weekend availability is mandatory. Please note that we will be closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will be the expert of our point of sale system, ensuring smooth customer transactions and providing top-notch service. Key Duties :

• Master the point of sale system and train staff on its usage
• Act as company cheerleader
• Engage in company training programs to improve your skills and employees skill
• Facility maintenance
• Inspire Range Guides to master lane management
• Coach team on necessary skills as required
• Provide exceptional customer service and train staff on customer service skills
• Monitor cash and registers, discouraging theft and ensuring proper quantities
• Optimize traffic flow, making lane turns efficient and assisting customers
• Act as a manager during open / close hours
