Cisco Life Cycle Services Representative (Remote)
The Life Cycle Management, Cisco Lifecycle Services Representative will be responsible for managing customer support Cisco renewal opportunities within assigned accounts. The LSR will consult with account teams providing strategic renewal pricing to not only execute accurate Cisco renewals but to drive revenue growth within region. In addition, the LSR will participate in the sales process as an extension of the Account Executives by building relationships with the Clients and Cisco Account Teams. This position will also be responsible for providing lifecycle support throughout the duration of the customers' renewal cycle.
What You'll Do :
- Own and execute on assigned Cisco renewal opportunities within assigned accounts
- Coordinate and collaborate with customer and internal teams to establish timelines, action items, responsibilities and associated due dates of renewal activities
- Work with sales to identify and present upsell opportunities within existing client base
- Position multi-year deals & co-term with other license opportunities
- Engage Cisco support teams and build accurate quotes
- Provide clients with accurate renewal quote
- Address and resolve install base inaccuracies
- Collaborate with customer and sales team to capture all items available to renew
- Take actions to reduce complexity
- Participate and contribute to customer Quarterly Business Reviews
- Maintain accurate data for opportunities / forecasts, client information
- Provide financing options & related information
- Process client transactions timely and accurately
- Setup and maintain client notes, credit limits and contacts
- Maintain and expand working knowledge of current partner renewal offerings
- Obtain Cisco training and relevant certifications
- Champion best practices, policies, and procedures
- Communicate constructively to management and team members
- May perform other duties as assigned by manager
Qualifications & Interests :
High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree preferredMinimum of 5 years of Cisco maintenance renewal management or lifecycle experienceHighly organized, detail-oriented, excellent time management skillsProven ability to manage multiple projectsGood collaborator, communicator and facilitatorStrong presentation skills preferredAbility to establish and execute deadlinesEmphasis on ability to build and maintain relationshipsStrong analytical skillsExcellent oral and written communication skillsProficiency in CCW-R, CCW & EAMPProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platformsKnowledge in Annuities preferredGood understanding of Information Technologies is a plusThe Perks :
